Selora Return Policy

We offer a 60-day free trial on eligible Selora products. Return requests must be initiated within 60 days of receiving your order.

Returns must be shipped and in transit to our warehouse within 15 calendar days from the date your return label is created in order to be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns, one prepaid return shipping label will be provided per order for U.S. orders only and for returns shipped from a U.S. address.

If you return your item using a different carrier or shipping label than the one provided, you must provide tracking information. Any shipping costs incurred by using a different carrier or label are non-refundable.

You have up to 15 calendar days from the time your return label is created to ship your item(s) back. If the package is not in transit within that timeframe, your return request will be closed and will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Refund Requirements

To qualify for a refund, returns must include:

  • The product
  • All original packaging
  • Instruction manuals
  • All accessories

All items must be returned in good working condition, showing only normal wear and tear.

Returns will be fully inspected upon receipt to ensure all components are in proper working condition. If any components are missing, dirty, or damaged, the cost of the affected component will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once your return is received. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping fees and order protection fees are non-refundable.

Skincare & Topicals

Skincare products are eligible for return only if they are unopened and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Virtual products (such as order protection or membership fees)
  • Items marked as final sale

Purchases from Authorized Retailers

Customers who purchase a Selora device from an authorized retailer or reseller must contact that retailer directly regarding returns or refunds.

Orders Over $1,000 USD

To protect our customers and prevent fraud, all orders over $1,000 USD are subject to review. For these orders:

  • Cancellations before shipment may incur a 10% cancellation fee
  • Returns must be unopened
  • Free return shipping is not provided
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply

Warranty

All Selora purchases made directly through Selora or through an authorized third-party retailer are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team. Proof of purchase is required to process any warranty claim.

Delivered but Not Received

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but not received are not eligible for refunds. In such cases, we will issue a replacement only.

You must notify us within 15 calendar days of the tracking delivery date to submit a claim. To ensure successful replacement delivery, we will require a different secure U.S. shipping address with a signature required upon delivery.

Damaged in Transit / Missing Items

Orders damaged in transit or missing components are eligible for replacement under the following conditions:

  • You notify us within 15 calendar days of delivery
  • Photos of the torn or damaged shipping package are provided
  • A photo of the shipping label is provided
  • Photos of the items received are provided
